A flower on the moon

An interplanetary greenhouse (Paragon Space Development)

Paragon Space Development Corp. is hoping to add a small module to a lunar lander being developed by Odyssey Moon. This module will be designed to carry a flower that will live out it's entire life cycle within a clear growth chamber on top of the lander. From Alan Boyle at cosmic log:

The current prototype for the greenhouse is a 15-inch-high (37.5-centimeter-high) reinforced glass cylinder that's about 7 inches (18 centimeters) wide on the bottom. Seeds for a, rapid-cycle type of Brassica plant - basically, mustard seeds - would be planted in Earth soil within the container.

On earth, these plants have been known to go from seed to developing small yellow flowers within 14 days.

Odyssey Moon's lunar lander is being developed to compete in Google's Lunar X Prize.

  • Consolidation loans are addressable for most federal loans. Private student loans suggest a solution for those students who are not desirable to persue federal financial aid or whose financial aid package doesn't extend the all cost of their education.how to use school loan consolidationCollege loan consolidation options are in stocl for people who are having difficulties giving back the whole of their debt. Consolidation Loans unify several student or parent loans into one macro loan from a single lender, which is then used to paying back the accounts on the other loans. It is very similar to financing a mortgage.
