The picture is of Sandy Magnus who made some kind of nacho dish for Super Bowl Sunday aboard the International Space Station. The linked MSNBC article has all the wonderful details about cooking in space. Mostly it is about mixed various bags of stuff together and occasionally trying to get more power out of the 'oven' than the designers had intended. Apparently the 'oven' only stays on for 30 minutes at a time, and it is called a 'warmer'... So cooking in space is not producing fine cuisine.
There are a couple of interesting things in this article, however.
1. The Russians bring fresh garlic with them.
2. Duct Tape. The linked MSNBC article writes about how Sandy used duct tape to keep debris from the meal preparation from floating around the space station. She would cover a counter with the sticky side out and place debris onto the duct tape.
3. Duct Tape. It's on the International Space Station.
