Buzz Aldrin is looking to start a contest in which contestants can win a trip into space. It sounds like it is going to be some sort of lottery system designed to 'spread the cost among a large number of players' - interesting way of looking at the lottery.

Space Shot has developed a 'game of skill' that allows players to compete for grandprizes of a trip around the moon, a suborbital flight, college scholarships, and cash. The game scores players who can accurately predicting the weather in several locations in the US based on satelitte data.
