Just because you can't explain how it works doesn't mean you can't use it! Scientist's have successfully created and re-created “anti-gravity” devices at home. These devices have no moving parts and uses only electricity to fly. Apparently there is some debate on how it works. Its function can not currently be explained within the framework of conventional physics, but that hasn’t stopped hundreds of science classes from building them. In fact, it would appear that both British and the United States Army researchers have been testing similar devices. The attached link is pretty informative.
